Quotes and prices

Prices on this website exclude VAT, which is added at the current rate. Delivery and any setup fees are shown as separate lines.

Totals for larger quantities are indicative until confirmed in your quote. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Once your order is confirmed and paid, the quoted price applies unless you change the order.

How an order is confirmed

A WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not an order. Your order is confirmed once you have approved your quote and artwork proof and we have received payment by EFT.

Production time starts only once we have your payment, artwork, approval and delivery details.

Artwork and proofs

Please send your logo in the best quality you have — a vector file (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) or high-resolution PNG works best. We will let you know if a file is not suitable.

Proofs and mock-ups show the general design. Check them carefully before approving. Approval by WhatsApp or email counts as approval to start production.

Colours on screen may differ from printed and foil colours. Product photos and mock-ups on this site are examples.

We are happy to help you come up with wording and phrases for your design.

Logos and trademarks

By sending us a logo, photo or wording, you confirm you have the right to use it and allow us to reproduce it for your order. We may decline artwork that is offensive or infringes someone else’s rights.

We may show photos of finished orders as examples of our work. Let us know if you would prefer we did not.

Setup fees and minimums

Some products, such as embossed coins, have a once-off setup fee. Each product shows its minimum order quantity.

Payment

Payment is by EFT using the details on your invoice. We start production once payment has cleared. The goods remain ours until paid in full.

Always confirm our banking details with us directly before paying. We will never change our banking details by email or WhatsApp without confirming by phone.

Delivery

All orders are couriered to your door; collection is not available. Delivery is R150 excl. VAT in Gauteng (R250 for larger orders) and R250 excl. VAT outside Gauteng (R400 for larger orders). Very large, heavy, urgent or remote deliveries are confirmed on your quote. Full details are in our Delivery policy.

Timing

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we confirm a guaranteed date in writing. For events, order early and tell us your required date.

Ingredients, allergens and certification

Our chocolate is real chocolate, Halaal and Kosher certified. Products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as milk, soy and nuts, so please check the product details or ask us before ordering.

If you are giving the chocolate out at events or for resale, please pass the ingredient and allergen information on to the people receiving it.

Returns and privacy

Returns, refunds and the handling of your personal information are covered in our Returns policy and Privacy notice.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier delays, load-shedding, strikes or severe weather. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under South African law.
